Terms of Use · BibiQ

Last Updated: 2026/10/7

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BibiQ mobile application (“BibiQ”), provided by Tunahan Aktay (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use BibiQ.

BibiQ is listed in Apple’s Made for Kids category. These Terms are addressed to the parent or legal guardian who installs the app and sets it up for a child.

2. Eligibility

BibiQ is made for children supervised by a parent or legal guardian. By setting up the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child who will use it, or have their permission.

3. License Grant

You may use the app for your family’s personal, non-commercial use, under Apple’s Standard EULA described below. All rights not expressly granted remain with us and our licensors. These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict about your license to use the app, Apple’s agreement applies.

4. Your Choices and the Stories

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

6. The Parents Area

Links out of the app, the rating prompt, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and parental consent live in the Parents area, behind the parental gate. You can renew or revoke consent there at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the BibiQ app (logos, code, UI, designs, story adaptations, illustrations, voices, text, and graphics) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use them for commercial purposes without permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide can be used freely by us without compensation.

9. Privacy

Your child’s privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand what data the app processes and how. It forms part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

BibiQ is provided “as is” and “as available”. Stories are AI-generated retellings for children. They may simplify or leave out parts of the Bible passage and may contain inaccuracies; they are meant to accompany the Bible and religious instruction, not replace them. We do not guarantee that a story will match your expectations or your tradition’s reading of a passage. Features and stories may change, and the AI providers BibiQ relies on may be unavailable at times. Stories are stored only on the device, so deleting the app deletes them. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for BibiQ in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. You agree to resolve any disputes through the courts of Turkey, unless local consumer protection laws offer you additional rights.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce significant changes on this page or in the app before they take effect, and update the date above.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and Apple’s Standard EULA form the entire agreement between you and us. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable. You may not transfer these Terms without our permission.
